Facebook Style Autocomplete suggest script needed

We have a site that is build in PHP.
I need a script that I can add as an include which will function as an autocomplete suggesting field that will act as our searchbar.
Instead of going to another page and displaying results, I want the selected entry to open up in a new window.

Example:
I start typing \"Mic\" and I will get a drop down of \"Microsoft, Microtech, Molt...\" etc. Each listing will have a sub-category, so underneath it would say \"computer software\" underneath Microsoft. Just like the Facebook Search.

I want the database to run off XML so I can update it through excel spreadsheets.

The XML that communicates with the Search Bar will have three elements: The name (microsoft), the category (computer software) and the link (the website it launches as a result of clicking it)

Is this possible to do. I will include a snap shot of Facebook's version which I would like to mimick. I have a banner of 50 pixels high, and I want to include the search bar in this space as a php include.
