Zen Cart and General Web Programmers wanted

Hi, I'm a freelance designer and often get asked to design and build websites, but often have to outsource the programming to save time. I'm looking to build up the selection of programmers I can outsource to, needed for building designs from .psd files, or e-commerce jobs. I currently need a couple of hours help with a Zen Cart design, modifying a template so if there are Zen Cart programmers out there I'd love to hear from you too!
