We are looking for an encoder that can create a basic ERC-20 smart token with several characteristics:
1. Ethereum based on ERC-20 token
2. x% is reserved in the wallet, with defrosting on schedule and the rest in free float.
3. to tell what other functions of smart contracts we can use, maybe some of them will need to be implemented.
The code does not have to be legible or fancy, looking forward to working with someone with strong technical experience.
