Yo URLS API Script

I have yourls url shortener installed on a domain name, and need a simple bulk upload api script creating.

I need the script to work like so:

I have a csv file that contains 3 columns (number, link, name). Only the number and name colums are currently populated.

I need a way for the csv file to be uploaded, and a short url created for each row in the file based on the number, and the short url entering in the link column.

For example if the first number is 07000000000 then I need a short url creating for the url www.domain2.com/?07000000000 and so on for each row (domain will stay the same, only the appended /? will change.

I then need each created short url to be entered next to the corresponding number, and the csv file to be readily exportable either exported online or emailed.

After the process is complete I should then end up with a new csv file with the link column populated with the short urls for each row.
