Writing Code for a keyword rank checker

Existing WordPress Website. I would like to develop a Keyword Rank / Position Checker.

I have designed the page and know how I want it to work. I just need some assistance in writing the code to make it work.

Please see the attachment for the wire frame I have designed. I have done this using elementor.

The idea is that users will enter the URL and the keyword they want to check. They then choose from either Google .com or .co.uk and mobile or desktop device.

To simplify this I would be happy to begin with if there was no choice between engine and device and instead the default would be Google .com and desktop.

Once these details have been entered users would click check position.

The script would send a crawler to check google for that keyword and corresponding URL and come back with a page number and position.

If the keyword / URL is not found on the first 10 pages the result will return - "Not Found"

All of the results appear in a data table below. Users can only search for one keyword at a time. Each time a new keyword is searched for it fills up the data table.

Users can search for either unlimited amount of keywords. OR this would be limited to 20 per session?

Lastly - below the data table there would be two options to download the data into CSV file or PDF document. (Again - to simplify and reduce costs in stage 1 this could be an additional feature added at a later date)

This tool will be free to use for us and our website visitors. We want to develop the very basic version to begin with and add features as and when. We would like to add premium features and potentially charge for the use of service.
