Write screen scraper using list of post codes to determine broadband speed in area

Need screen scraper to send post codes to a broadband speed web site possibly uSwitch or another similar site providing estimated line speeds by post code, to determine the estimated broad band speed available on the upto8 upto24 and cable services at that post code and store the results in a data base.

The code can run on Windows or Linux although Windows would be a preference simply for ease of use, but Linux can be supported if it is simpler to code or faster to operate.

Please provide a quotation for this work, we would want to own the code on completion and run the software developed for our own use internally as and when we wish. This would be a one off project with no update requirement foreseen beyond the possibility that the source site may change its format and thus the scraping would need to be adjusted.
