Write empty Windows 10 Desktop app that uses a custom menu.

Write source code for an empty Windows Desktop application. Once the source code is compiled it must demonstrate a main menu bar styled to exactly match Visual Studio's "Dark" theme. This source code will then be cut and paste by us into our target application for testing.

Your code must work with AvalonDock present in the application, which may or may not interfere with your efforts. A copy of this open source library can be found at https://github.com/programify/Software/tree/master/AvalonDock

You must have experience of C#, Visual Studio, in a Windows 10 environment.

Knowledge of building your own custom menu controls should be of great use to you in solving this request.
