Description
Experience Level: Entry
I need a very simple VB macro that will take any underlined text in a Word document and will remove the Word formatting, and add a combining low line (U+0332) character after each underlined character. (see https://www.compart.com/en/unicode/U+0332)
The outcome is that underlined text is replaced with unformatted characters interpolated with Unicode U+0332 characters.
E.g. a word where the first two characters are underlined: word is replaced with w̲o̲rd.
NB: I'm using the pseudo html above because the PPH description interface doesn't allow for underlines.
There are proper examples in the document attached.
