Write a script to automate printing labels

Hi Im not sure if this is possible at all but we are looking for someone to write a small script/program that will automatically populate text from a pdf into correspondong fields on our online shipping label program.

At the moment we manually have to add the address, including post code, price, description to print a shipping label and we would like to somewhat reduce our key strokes which at the moment is taking up alot of time etc etc. The program would simply take the information from a pdf file and populate the online software with the information.

If this is possible then please put forward a proposal do this work including time frames and cost.
