Wordpress updates to Apprentice Academy Site

Required:

1. Cleaner feature boxes (these use the same structure of what is already built)

2. Video player - Works in style of a lightbox where it blacks out rest of screen and has a call to action under video

3. Rollover state to feature boxes so the user knows they can click the whole box and also displays a marketing message relating to a campaign we are running at the time.

4. Slider cut down to allow is form (text not set yet) - see visual
