Wordpress Programming Expert Needed

I have recently implemented a highly customised wordpress theme on a site with approx 5,000 posts. The original developer did a good job ( as far as i can see) but it's a new site and needs a fair bit of tweaking. This posting is for a series of tasks including the following:

1. analyze the site and make suggestions for improvements in security and speed (i really want a faster page load time. I'm currently scoring about 60% on the google page load tool)

2. There is a widget used for diplaying related posts. However, as it stands the widget only displays posts that are in the same category. The problem with this is, most of my posts are placed in categories, and sub categories. I want for only those pages in the same sub category to show up on the related posts widget.

3. I want to change the default size and colours for the H2 and H3 tags.

4. I want to change the color scheme on adsense

5. I want to use an rss aggregator widget. I need you to recommend me the best one based on speed of upload, limited drain on resources and functionality etc. The Rss widget will be placed on all category and sub category pages (over 100) and each one of them needs to display different feeds. I can do all that manually as long as you set it up.

6. The site seems to crash fairly regularly ( about once every 6-8 weeks) my host just keeps telling me it's "too many http connections". I have no idea how to fix this. It's already a dedicated private server that im paying a high monthly fee for, so i need some help and suggestions on this.



What i'm really looking for is a wordpress, cpanel general IT expert who is reliable and can always advise me on the long term.
