Wordpress expert - technical support

We have a wordpress blog that needs to be updated to the latest version + a theme to be implemented. I need a WordPress expert to handle this project for me. The ideal person should be able to handle any wordpress issues since there seems to be something wrong in the wordpress installation and some errors are appearing occasionally during plugin updates. the wordpress update has to be tested on another site before hitting the live blog.
