Word VBA macro - review and improve

Description of requirements/functionality: I wrote some VBA code and some buttons - they automate filling out some legal contracts (copying company name and address info to multiple places in the document), saving files as PDF, add an Outlook reminder, add client as a new Outlook contact.

The code used to work but now causes an error on startup and it has always been a bit clunky. I'm looking for someone to solve the error problem and review and improve the code so it is more robust.
Specific technologies required: Microsoft Word and Outlook VBA programming skills
OS requirements: Windows
