Word spinner that will work on web site

Hi, I need a word spinner that will work on my website.

It'll simply "find" and "replace" the words in a given text with the ones in my .txt file (in 2 columns like (1) find and (2) replace.

It must also have the following specifications:
1- There must be 2 empty rectangular-shaped empty boxes at the beginning (see the attached file named BoxesForScript.jpg). The left box is for the original text that the user will paste, while the spinned (changed) text will be seen in the right box called spinned text or plagiarism-free text. The following text will be written in the left box at the beginning:
"Please paste your text here
(It's free up to 50 words)"

2- When the user hits the "spin" button, the program will replace the words by their synonyms which will be in a txt. file that I will export, so that it will give the resulted text (spinned text) in the right box. The background colour of unspinned (unchanged) words will be made "yellow" in the resulted text (spinned text) in the right box.

3- When it finished working, it will give some statistics in a message box which will include the followings:
3.1- The total word count (Let's call this TWC)
3.2- The number of words changed (Let's call this NWC)
3.3- The percentage of changed text (it will be calculated as NWC / TWC ( it'll be given as percentage) (Let's call this PCT)
3.4- The similarity rate of spinned text (resulted text or plagiarism-free text in the right box, it'll be given as percentage). (Let's call this SRST). This rate will be calculated as follows:
if 0%<= PCT<=27%
SRST=100%-PCT
if 27%< PCT<=63%
SRST=1.29514616957027-(2.05509082462253*PCT)
if 63%< PCT<=100%
SRST=0,00%
3.5- The originality rate of spinned text (Lets call it ORST). It'll be simply calculated as:
ORST=100%-SRST

Can you write such a script? As I'll use this script on my website, I think I'll need it to be written in PHP, isn't it?
