WooCommerce Bulk Pricing Plugin Development

Hi, I looked into a few existing wholesale plugins, but they were not complete for the functions I want. I need you to develop a WooCommerce plugin that allows selling products (Simple and Variable) in bulk with discounted prices based on quantity. This chart should be able to be adjusted for each product and each variation. The plugin should be modular, follow Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, and use an MVC structure. It should also have a professional settings panel for configuring bulk pricing rules.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
I am a developer myself and have already developed part of the plugin. If you’d like, I can share my progress with you. If our collaboration goes well, there could be potential for us to work together on many future projects.
What I developed so far in the plug is custom calculation of size, for example, if a customer wants a pattern of 100x100 cm it will calculate how many tiles we need for this size. Also, I added the function that the customer can add a photo of the pattern they want. What I need help with is with chart of each product and discount calculation based on the number of products they choose. Below is the example of a chart:

PRICING EXAMPLE:
Product Quantity Price per Unit
1-25 £26.00
26-50 £24.00
51-75 £22.00
76-99 £20.00
100+ £18.00

DISCOUNT BASED ON QUANTITY:
Different products may have different bulk pricing rules. This should apply to Simple and Variable products with different prices and easy to edit charts for each product.

PROFESSIONAL SETTINGS PANEL:
Allow configuration of different bulk pricing rules for each product.
Each product can have multiple pricing tiers based on quantity ranges.
MODULAR AND OOP STRUCTURE:
Follow MVC principles.
Use Composer for autoloading classes.
