WooCommerce Bulk Pricing Plugin

I am a developer myself and have already developed part of the plugin. If you’d like, I can share my progress with you. I’m seeking your assistance to expedite the process. If our collaboration goes well, there could be potential for us to work together on many future projects.

I need you to develop a WooCommerce plugin that allows selling products (Simple and Variable) in bulk with discounted prices based on quantity. The plugin should be modular, follow Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, and use an MVC structure. It should also have a professional settings panel for configuring bulk pricing rules.

Discount Based on Quantity:

If a user chooses 20 or more of a product, they should pay a lower price compared to buying a single item.
Different products may have different bulk pricing rules. this should apply to Simple and Variable products with different prices.
Professional Settings Panel:

Allow configuration of different bulk pricing rules for each product.
Each product can have multiple pricing tiers based on quantity ranges.
Modular and OOP Structure:

Follow MVC principles.
Use Composer for autoloading classes.
