General information for the business: call centre
Description of requirements/functionality: I have a call centre using windows xp, zoho crm and Skype. But I need automation with Skype and a call recording software, so that each time a call is made on Skype, it automatically records it. Or a function by which there is just something to click to start the recording when desired.
OS requirements: Windows
Extra notes: windows Xp Skype and zoho call recording feature integrated for Skype so that each time a call is made via Skype it is automatically recorded, or there is a button that comes up as the call is being made so that the call can be recorded simply at any time.
