Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I’m looking for a developer to build a Windows trading automation program for two instruments on an existing trading website that has no API.
The program should use real-time prices from the Korea Investment & Securities (KIS) API, or read prices directly from the website if feasible. Please first verify which approach works reliably for the website’s instruments.
Buy, Sell, and Close Position should each have adjustable duration and tick settings in one row: seconds first, then ticks. Duration must support up to 99 seconds. All tick values must be calculated from price changes over the last one second.
- Buy: upward price movement meets or exceeds the configured ticks continuously for the configured duration.
- Sell: downward price movement meets or exceeds the configured ticks continuously for the configured duration.
- Close: price movement in the position’s direction stays at or below the configured close ticks for the configured duration.
If a condition breaks, its duration timer resets. The close settings are shared by long and short positions.
Each action must have an independent ON/OFF toggle. When ON, the program clicks the corresponding website button. When OFF, it only provides a signal. Signals should include a five-second sound alert and a blinking arrow.
Display the website and a compact settings panel together in one Windows window. Keep the website unchanged. Order quantity and stop-loss/take-profit settings remain on the website.
Other required features include automatic re-entry ON/OFF, Start/Stop, Reset All Settings, daily signal counts, activity logs, and duplicate-order prevention. The program must also handle positions closed by the website.
Please confirm feasibility, your recommended approach, and delivery times for an initial test version and the completed program. Actual order testing requires my approval.
The total budget is $300. The initial contract amount will be $50, with the remaining balance added after a video demonstrates that the completed program works as agreed. If the work is incomplete by the agreed deadline, I will cancel the contract immediately. The contract must also allow early termination if we disagree on the development direction. Please provide a realistic delivery commitment.
