Windows 11 - Kiosk mode w32 app assistance

I need someone to provide step by step instructions (and having tested) a windows 11 Pro instance with a particular application w32 application (which I'll provide a link to) to run in a kiosk mode Win 11 Pro. I have a PC which I wish to run an app on where it boots up automatically, but an engineer can log out, undertake windows updates, then for it to be back in kiosk mode. Suggests accepted.

Guide &/or configuration files will need to be provided as at the moment the Win 11 is a VM which I will eventually take an image of an image a standalone device. Not networked/internet connection device.

I will be applying lockdowns/hardening to the operating system, so may need assistance afterward to get it working again once the kiosk mode has been achieved.
