Win7 / win10 based .NET app to connect Lync and SFDC OpenCTI (REST API)

Use case
Create a PoC application to allow Click to call and screen pop using SFDC standard features (with the OpenCTI API) stored locally on the client machine in a .NET application.

* high level design for each component
