White label payment gateway

I need someone to help create my whitelable payment gateway. The files are on https://github.com/paygate-to and instructions are here https://paygate.to/affiliate-white-label/ but I have no idea how to set this up and get the plugins so im paid commission from each sale. I also want to lock the plugins so I need to activate them. So people cant just download the plugins and use.
