Website Scraping

I've got 5 different pieces of information that need to be scraped from 1 website in pretty high volumes (300 times per week or so).

I need a program or script for a some websxraping software that could automate the task and email me the list of information.

The website is who scored.com and I need it to search upcoming fixtures then email me a list (organised by league) with information for;
Head to Head Record
Recent Form
Home Advantage
Goals For/Goals Against
Squad Depth/Injuries List

Head to Head Record - when you click on the "preview button" next to the fixtures list, this info is displayed under "Head to Head" tab, I need this in a simple score format, how many times has team A beaten team B, how many time has team B beaten team A and how many times have they drawn.

Recent Form - whilst in the "preview" section, if you click on the team name it displays the outcome of the previous matches (I believe upto 5 matches). I need the Win/Draw/Lose record for both teams for their recent matches

Home Advantage - simply a symbol showing which of the two teams are playing at home, will always be the first team listed in the fixture anyway but it's important that I know which team is the home team in each match.

Goals For/Goals Against - this information will be on the tables list for the particular league that the teams are playing in, simply displayed as a plus or minus figure under Goal Difference

Squad Depth - this is found in the "preview" section also, I need all the information for both teams for "Missing Players" and "Team News"
