Website HTML to PDF conversion.

Background
I have a simple site that accepts various user inputs, displays a map for the user in their browser using svg/html and css then saves the file with a .htm extension on my web server(which is .NET running asp and php).

What I want..
I want the user to be able to click "save as pdf" and the stored .htm page will be converted into a pdf file and returned to the users browser(to look exactly the same as it did on the htm page).

I don't need any fancy UI design or anything other than the html to pdf conversion system implementing and configuring to work on my .NET webserver. There are numerous libraries I've found to purchase that will do the job perfectly(some won't convert the svg but the good ones will!). They mostly offer free trials of the libraries so a .NET or ASP person would easily be able to set this up.

Price is negotiable, I just want the job done. NO generic replies please!
