PROBLEMS THAT REQUIRE FIXING
- web page doesn't preserve text formatting
- while saving a web form, apostrophe and other special characters being lost
- one of the fields in the web form isn't displaying on the website

PS: Unfortunately, it is highly unlikely that I'll be working with freelancers based in Bangladesh, Pakistan and India due to numerous failed projects that led to time consuming appeals with PPH administration. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    No idea to be honest however after checking /View/Helper folder it contains only AppHelper and CksourceHelper files. Hope this helps?

    don't get me wrong, I wasn't trying to disadvantage a certain group of developers.
    I have a few data entry admins currently working at the same time to meet the deadline, and a few bits and bobs here and there on the website making us struggle to meet the deadlines.
    Feel free to submit the proposal as long as you are aware of CakePHP.
