Website backend Development and tidyup

We have recently had our new website finished and launched on a Kohana platform which we are very pleased with. Unfortunately the current developer has subsequently taken on a large project and therefore can't commit to our next phase of our web development.

There are a couple of things to tidy up on the current site, things like:-
- Twitter box not showing tweets
- Editable entries not saving the new information
- Sending multiple emails to people in a group instead of one by one
- And a few more like that...(full details on the attached spreadsheet)

In addition I would like to get started on phase 1.5 of the development. This is to create a more appealing back end for the user, with information that is prioritised and highlighted for a user, along with better automated importing of data into a large mysql database. Full details in the attached word doc.

As the current site is live and working I would want this to be developed on a separate development site and then transferred across to the live site upon completion.
