website application and mobile application for School Management System

Applications should be develop in :
- asp.net core 2, NO entity framework, using Dapper and postgresql and xamarin
OR
- angular 5 and node js, postgresql and ionic 3
Some nosql database is accepted for a few features....

The job is create one website application for a School Management System and one mobile application with some of such features. The customers are two small School companies who provides secondary school and distance education for youngers and adults +18yo.

The first sprint:
- Multi tenant/schema database platform;
- Brazilian Portuguese language (the buyer will translates the code)
- Nice frontend template, responsive
- User, permissions and user profiles (example: director, coordinator, teacher, finance, student,…)
- Students: data about this entity
- Classes entities: Authorization, Grade, Discipline and content, Classes, Subclass
- Enrolls
- Financial Module: Basic:
o manage students monthly payments (no electronic payment)
o record and maintain school incomes and expensive s
o Manage financial diary (school receives and payments)
- Transfer class function
- Some 3-4 dashboard views, including several charts in the same view (financial, general, etc)
- 3-4 reports
- View and Crud operations controlled by specific user permissions
- Logging for any transaction made

Second sprint:
- Manage students frequency: o class frequency o monitoring frequency
- Management class content provided
- Manage Exams results
- Students document repository
- Mobile application (internal usage)
o class frequency o student status and info

Third sprint:
- Discipline/Class Forum similar
- Online exams
- Mobile application/students
o Results for students
o Receive Notifications
All source code included and property of the Buyer. Any third part software should be discuss about licenses…

All code should be managed by GIT, hosted by the buyer.
Each sprint will have several delivers, with dates accorded. Meetings about progress will exists every day or two.

PS: please, do not answer this job if you know you will delay the delivers, plan to raise price after deal, have trouble with status communication or even don’t know how to do this. Already had some bad experiences.
