Website alterations

General information for the website: We are a job site
Description of requirements/features: I have the following issues with my site and wondered if you were interested in repairing them.

If you vist www.wuvue.com you will see the following:

1, When you click a blue link on landing page you go to a jobify theme. It was ok but a person worked on it and mucked up some things. The menu bars are incorrect. The big menus for keywords, location and any category don't sit correctly and the all regions one needs to go. When you click an occupation and go to those jobs one menu disappears. These need sorting out.
2, the map when you land on the jobify page is too wide. You need to see the menus when you land. This is how the menus and map should look:

3, I want more pre defined jobs in the job category menu.
4, When you click a job you are met with a membership prompt. I want some text added to the prompt.
5, There is an ssl installed to site but it needs configuring. I spoke to host )godaddy) and they said this is a very easy process.
6, There is an application form when you click apply. This was working but now has disappeared. I need this re-instating and one change.
