Webpage to read XLSX, let user to edit and complete the data and save to MySQL

General information for the website: Handling the process of installing and/or making items ready for sale, items are used computers and monitors.
Description of every page/module: A web page which can import data with pre-information about the item (monitor, laptop or desktop computer) from Excel-file (XLSX), let the user to modify the data, add some new data to it (all required fields are known though), save results to MySQL database. Few search options from the database for listing the total stock by age, installation status, model or such. Collecting separate items to a new collection (multiple items), giving location (shelf) lists to the collector.
Description of requirements/features: User friendly interface to add the missing values, updating the old ones and performing searchs and collecting. Error messages. Multiple users at the same time.
