Web Scraper - SEOQuake style Software Creation

Hello,

The program http://www.seoquake.com/ is a widget for IE and Firefox, I use it manually on Firefox. I want a program to harvest the data it produces automatically or a program that duplicates this job entirely.

I don't want super fast software working too many threads or proxies. Google will ban it. Think simple yet works.

1) Ability to feed the software with a small list of words or keyword phrases (Excel file or txt) usually less than 30 words/phrases and for it to capture the SEO Quake results.

2) The program needs to search (using the keywords mentioned above) with SEO Quake on Google.co.uk or Google.com (radio button) and then download the SEO Quake results into Excel. There is a download results into Excel button on Quake.

3) Info required for each website (returned URL) in the Top 10 page results for each keyword search:
a) URL
b) Website age (waybackmachine.org)
c) Google PR
d) Alex rank
e) MSN Number of pages indexed
f) Google Number of pages indexed

4) I want One Excel spreadsheet to be created with the results. With only one workbook, each seed keyword search and its SEO Quake results would extend along the columns: A, B, C, D etc...

The software must work very slowly so as not to be banned from searching.

Maybe it needs a throttle to search randomly between 60 seconds and 5 mins per keyword. It might also have to wait a little while for the SEO Quake information to be returned, sometimes it takes a while.

It does not worry me if it takes hours to complete a search of 30 phrases, as long as the program actually works and returns the results.
