Web Programmer - Wanted

We are looking for a freelancer to write what I am led to believe is a simple enough programme.... Though I am not clear on the exact web terms used so apologies for any vagueness. Experience in automation llinked with SMS Text messages would be IDEAL

I require a programme where a \'TEX\'T can filter to programme. The programme then searches the required information from 3 external websites. (information is freely available on the websites) it then is ready for ideally an automated \'Return TEXT\' message to be sent with the relelvant information back to our client.

This role is to start ASAP, There is also a FAST TURN\'A\'ROUND required, as currently we are processing this information Manually, whilst effective, it is not quick enough for the needs of our clients. as we start to get more clients we require this process to become automated.
