Helo, I need a good web programmer to help me fix these issues on my international forum:

I asked a friend to help build the site,he has done 95% of the job but right now he is very ill...
I will send the cpanel login details to the programmer. Please only respond to the offer if you can work on my forum.. You must back up the forum/website once you login to my cpanel before starting the work..
below are the remaining issues..

1) Please remove that "sorry you have already registered pop up" I dont need it

not done=2) Look at the homepage after the forum time please change [GMT +4:30hrs] to [GMT -7hrs]

so they can modify their posts,quotes and replies.
Please USER A cannot modify posts for USER B. except user A is a moderator..
USER A can only modify his post and USER B modifies his POSTS.

4)Also instal ssl certificate I sent to you for postsmania. I will send the email containing the ssl certificate to you..

5) Another disturbing issue is that information of new registrations is not updated in the admin section..
I made 2 registrations but their information is not updated in the admin section...

6) please when a topic is created the post show display the post first instead of the topic showing on forum board.
NOT DONE

7)Please on the profile page add colon(:) in front of the Required information e.g
NAME:
DOB:

8) when a USER makes a reply,his USERNAME is not displaying on his replies.

9)Another Problem is that is when I.post with ANIGOLD, another username is showing on the Post..

10) The most of the forum links are showing in number instead of words.
for example
The link to Politics board is showing as: http://postsmania.com/articles.php?catid=16

instead of :
www.postsmania.com/politics


11)When a user receives new topic reply. Change webmaster@example
Com as sender to
To Notifications@Postsmania.com
Also change "You have recived a new reply" to "You have received a New reply on Postsmania.
