Web developer needed - must know how to install / amend api's (xml via http post)

We are in need of a developer who can work for us on a monthly basis for a fixed hourly rate. Developer must know how to install / amend API's (XML via http post)

We have a website called Cash Your Calls.

To start with we need the following job completed within 24 hours.

1) To join customers complete the following form:

We need to amend some of the fields that need to be completed.


2) The forms are also not very secure hence we need to install an "enter security code before submit" function to both forms.

In the members area there is a function called "SMS to EMAIL." We need to disable this API so that customers cannot set up their own sms to email.


4) We need to create a new webpage (which is not visible to the public) through which we can manually set up sms to email for customers on request. The API in point 3 above can be copied. We have also attached it in a word doc to this job posting.

5) Some other cosmetic changes need to be done. Mainly updating the table of destinations / drop down boxes for destinations that we offer and also the table at the back end through which commission calculations are made.


This is not a very big job for a person who knows what they are doing.
