Web Design Help

I am a small business start up, with an Ecommerce/OS commerce website that i normally update myself, but i am now stumped and need some help. There are 3 things at the moment that I would like done.

1) On the Products page: There is a section that has images and links for subcategories but they do not work, so i would like them removed.
2) I have a links page, and i have more links i would like to add.
3) On check out i would like a discount code facility, either through the main web site or through intergration with paypal.
4) An opinion as to what else could be improved upon.

I would really like someone who is willing to take on small jobs at a time, there will be more to do on the site as and when buget is available. As i have a small list of other stuff i would like to do - but dont know how!
