Web app that crawls and returns recent online auction prices

Hello! I am looking to build a website that scrapes past auction data from multiple websites and returns the be past prices, date, and other information for the searched item.

Please see this website for reference: https://www.wine-searcher.com/. Instead of searching for bottles that are currently available for retail, I only need it to return past auction prices, as well as min, max, median, and visualization for the bottle within the selected time frame.

The app should be able to update manually or automatically every month with new auction prices.
