Web app for use on iPad - PHP/MySQL & Javascript

We require a freelance developer to build a 4-5 page microsite to be used as a web app on iPad. All designs provided as PSDs.

Site will be used for a roadshow. Viewed solely on iPads, as a data capture tool. One-off use without being seen in the public domain.

Project to start end of Wednesday 14/9 and to be completed to show to client by Midday Friday 16/9.

Expected workload 6-8 hours.

Please note we are not looking for iPad app developers.
