We need to print PDF files from a hot folder with variables

We need a program to automatically print PDF files from a hot folder to a printer with variables such as number of copies. I.e if a file name contained text such as "_noc5" the program recognise it and would print 5 copies. If a file name contained text such as "_noc17" the program would print 17 copies.

Other variables include paper size, so that the relevant printer can be selected prior to number of copies.
