We need some one to change some software designed for us

Hi , I am not a expert of the language used for some software, we got some on from PPH to build some software which basically goes to Google, it does a search for a word, ie "Beds" and it tells us who is using AdWords. The software works fine, and we have the code, we also had a version for google.co.uk , google.com, and google.fr, we now need a new version of the software for Google.ie also we want the software to be programmed with a proxy server, this again was done, however we never tested it , until a few days ago.
