Experience Level: Intermediate
We have a web-based PHP designed Customer Relationship Management system that we need improvements made to. This will include adding additional fields within our SQL Database and incorporating these fields to new areas and pages to be developed within our backend CRM System. We will require certain functionality that includes automated emails to be generated and sent securely when certain parameters are met.
