We need a website for our buisiness and we are looking for a PHP programmer

We are a flooring company looking to create a new image and a new website where our customers will be able to know a little more about us and even order online. We want different programs that have the ability to create invoices and send it to our suppliers, to keep track of all the quotes given to our customers and other functions (to be discussed).We would need this website to be completely finished in about a month or even less if possible.
