Description of requirements/features: hi and thank you for viewing, my associates and i are currently in need of someone or a team of people who are creative and have a good sense of direction to understand the vision we have for the site.

we need a e wallet/ e-payment website with features that do not exist on any other website of its kind, you will need to be able to pick up on the explanations on what we want so in other words do not ask what you are meant to be doing on every 10 lines of code.
