We have a VBA bug that happens only in some instances.

Many of our users (as well as a couple of testing guys from PPH) have reported exceptions thrown when they try to go through the process of opening of a new account using our macro-enabled Excel file. Unfortunately, this issue does not happen with us though we have tried many different versions. Therefore, we are unable to fix the issue, nor to check if it has been fixed.

If you are a VBA expert and interested in this project, you would need to download the excel file from GitHub see below, enable the macro and (inside the Admin Tab) proceed to open the account (You do not have to go through it as the bug should stop you). If you happen to have the issue, come back with a screen shot of the issue you see and a proposal.
