We are looking to create a custom wordpress theme

The attached document outlines the development of a custom-made WordPress theme based on landing pages. The purpose of the theme is to capture user details and e-mail addresses and inform the user with all the service available. Once those details are captured they are sent to an external auto-responder e-mail program.
