We require assitance on several projects beginning with a telephone call transcription service. We have identified a provider of the IVR which offers this service and need a developer to write the script in php/ javascript/ python/ruby.
The basic outline of the service is as follows: caller registers on line giving their email address, they get sent a PIN number then they call a phone number and are prompted to enter the PIN. If correct they are then asked to enter a phone number which the IVR then calls, the call is recorded and a transcription is produced, the caller receives an email with the link to the call recording and the text transcript.
The second project will be a speech based IVR.
