Vue/x JS Expert to create a basic Web App Framework

Simply a Landing page (with some mock up blank pages), and a base navigation bar (with 5 navigation Icons), to route/navigate to other Pages. Each page carries the same Nav footer and Header.

The Header just has sub Nav options to other Blank pages (for future use). See demo Below.

I am a programmer, however; I am new to Vue/x and need a jump-start project. I need some basic mock-up examples of routing, methods, computations, actions, getters/setters for data storage. Must be very clean re-usable code.
