VOIP solution for service desk

General information for the business: IT Service Desk
Description of requirements/functionality: We need someone with good VOIP/Asterisk knoledge.

We currently use Fonality in a Helpdesk/Support center environment.
Your job is to create simialr system based only on opensource solutions.
The requirements are:
- call queues support
- reports
- HUD like (http://www.fonality.com/heads-display) application that shows what is going on
- based on asterisk & FreePBX or other open source solution
