VOIP Fax, MAC and Windows small network troubleshooting with Teamviewer

General information for the business: We have a small office MAC and Windows 7 network
Description of requirements/functionality: We have a network of 3 iMacs (Yosemite), 1 Mac Mini (Lion), 1 Dell PC (Windows 7 Home Premium) and 1 server running Windows 7 Home Premium. We would like remote assistance using Team Viewer with the following issues:
- VOIP line does not work with fax and Cisco SPA112 adapter (it did previously). The unit can be managed via the server. It does not transmit faxes, but seems to receive them.
- MAC computers cannot connect to IP address printers in the office (Kyocera FSC5150dn and Canon LBP7200dn)
- Mac Spotlight searches do not show files on the Windows server
- Currently our server files on the wireless network are unprotected and can be accessed by anyone.
- We need Mac Server installing on one of the iMacs and configuring so that it works with the windows file storage server files.
