Very experienced python coder, camelot, opencv, tesseract

We have a minor problem that has been causing problems.
Our current developer cannot find why a camelot cannot write correctly to the MySQL table for every row in an invoice.
instead it is using the first row only and write the same row in the table every time it is writing instead of
read-write for every row it steps through

This is now taking too much time and we need one person who is razor sharp and has 10+ years experience in this area
