Verification of PCB design

I have designed current meter unit in Eagle and Arduine IDE and I have problem. According eagle there is no connection between GND and 3V3 pins on ESP32 kit, but in a final 20 pcb production there is a shortage between them. I need to verify that as a not very advanced user of eagle I did not made some error in design. Could you check it? If yes, we can continue on that project together as I prefer to concentrate on mechanical solution and software of web service or firmware.
