VBA Script in excel - send out mails (template) at specific time

Hi there,

i need a Excel-VBA script that sends out emails in bulk

TABS
* tab "mail"
* tab "settings"

STEP 1 - done manually by user
we paste in manually a list of mailaddresses in 1 tab ("mail") in 1 column
> 1 mailaddress per line/cell - all in the same column (ex column A)
> mailadresses will already be clean (no ";" no"," no space ...)
> in column B an easy logging should be stored - everytime a mail is send, the timestamp of the outgoing mail should be added next to
the mailaddresses in "to"/"cc"/"bcc"
> total lines in column A that are filled (= number of receivers) = Z (most of the time this will be around 2000)

STEP 2 - done manually by user
- we have a .msg mail already saved in a location

- we should have an input field here on sheet "settings"
* number of addresses per outgoing mail: ex "30" (X)
* number of outgoing mails per hour: ex "10" (Y)
* selection if mailaddresses should be in BBC or in CC or in TO (default BCC)
* file-selection where we can select the MSG file

* this sheet should have a button to start the transaction
* this sheet should have a button to pause the transaction
* this sheet should show the status constantly so the user sees these things:
- # of mails send / total number of mails
- # of mailadresses were contacted (number in the loop) / total number of mails in this mailing (Z)

vba script should
- pick up the .msg file
- fill in a number of mailadresses (X) in BCC/To/CC
- send out the mail via outlook client (so mails can still be found in "send items")
- loop & wait the calculated time
so only X*Y people will be addressed within 60 minutes
- update the lines in col B in sheet "mail" everytime a mail is send out
- show a message when all addresses are processed
- alow users to continue working during the run of the script (so it can not ask for focus / screen-on-top)
