VBA developer to modify existing code & transfer to new sheet

I have a schedule visualization tool developed in Excel VBA that has worked well over the years – it will now need to be reworked for a new excel sheet schedule format.

The VBA uses data from an excel sheet to create a visual representation of a plan. Job specification is located the attached word document. Majority of the work is already done by the original code, it now needs to be modified. Exact spec in the word document. You can also check the original code in the original excel documents and check the new scheduling sheet.
